VAT & Invoicing
All invoices issued by Kardiax include 15% VAT in compliance with ZATCA (Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority) requirements. VAT registration number will appear on all issued invoices. Invoices are issued per study and delivered digitally through the Kardiax portal or via email.
