All reports are prepared by board-certified radiologists and delivered as structured PDF documents. Reports are intended to support, not replace, the clinical judgement of the treating physician. Standard turnaround is 24 hours; urgent cases are prioritized within 2 hours as per contracted SLA.
Payment and Pricing
Pricing is per-study and governed by the individual hospital contract. All invoices include 15% VAT in accordance with ZATCA requirements. Payment terms follow the signed commercial agreement.

All patient data is stored and processed exclusively within Saudi Arabia. Data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.2+. Complete audit logging is maintained for all access and user actions.
Limitation of Liability
Kardiax's liability is limited to the amount paid by the hospital for the specific service in question. Kardiax is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use of the platform.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice as defined in the hospital contract. Upon termination, Kardiax will provide the hospital with a final case summary and delete all patient data in accordance with PDPL retention rules.
